Downloading the Game[]
In order to download Starevo, you'll need a Japanese apple id or a Qooapp account. If you already have this you're good to go! Just type スタレボ into the search for the store of your choice and download the game! If you need help creating a Japanese Apple ID, there's a great thread on the Touken Ranbu Wikia!
Setting Up Your Game[]
When you open the game you'll be faced with a sort of terms and conditions. Press the blue button to agree to adhere to them. You'll then need to enter a first and last name. If you get a pop up, the name you've entered is blacklisted and you'll have to choose another. (You can change it later in the profile option in the menu!)
Tutorial[]
Yuki will greet you to start the tutorial. After the opening plays you'll be taken to the tutorial home screen. Here, you will play a tutorial lesson and a song. (You can skip this with the buttons at the top right!)
Lives[]
Regular notes (pink) are tap, star notes are flick notes, blue are hold notes, star notes you tap the stars as many times as the number on the screen, and the large purple ones are tap. There are four difficulties (Easy, Normal, Hard, Expert) To unlock hard for a song you must get an A on that song, and expert is not yet playable.
Lessons[]
Currently there are only unit lessons. There are five rooms. The first is dance lesson, the second, vocal lesson, then studio lesson, recreation, and meeting. During lessons, your boys can get tired and sweaty. When a boy is sleepy, it is as if he weren't there. When he is sweaty or has bubbles, this means he may get sleepy. All of this effects the outcome of the lesson. To prevent this, you can give them gifts (button on left with mug).
Starter Unit[]
After reading the first story chapter, you will be able to do your tutorial scout where you get a 4* or 5* from the unit you choose, the character you get from that unit is completely random. You can find all the units here. Swipe through them and pick a favorite! To select just press the button and you'll be taken to a new home screen with the boys in the unit you chose. Then you go to your tutorial scout!

Stories[]
There are three story types (unit, character, and card)! There are four parts for each unit story. They will cost you keys and keep increasing with each part you've read. Character stories are unlocked when you raise a boy's affection rank (done in lessons). They are formatted as text chats. Card stories are unlocked by leveling up your cards.
Changing Your Home Screen Boy[]
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY JUST SWIPE THROUGH THE BOYS IN THE UNIT YOU CHOSE THEY ALL HAVE SLIDES YOU CAN CHANGE THE UNIT WITH THE BUTTON IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER PLEASE (Here is a helpful graphic from the official twitter)
Rerolling and Account Transfer[]
Rerolling is essentially deleting and redownloading a game until you roll what you want. If you get a roll you like and want to keep it, or you're saving your account in case something happens, select the device transfer button in the menu. Input an email in the first line and a password in the second. Select the right button and you're good to go! To get to another account, select account transfer on the main page (before you load your account) and put in an email and password you or someone you have permission from, has previously saved.
A tip to make rerolling faster, the tutorial rhythm and lesson part are skippable, just click the button on the top right, then click the button on the left, then right when you're in the rhythm part. When you get to the lesson part, click the button the top right then click the button on the left.
